I'm Stacy, 5'8, a happy go lucky, glass half full, midwestern girl who loves animals and all things DIY! I also happen to suffer from PCOS. I've always had a hard time getting the weight to come off, until recently. I used to restrict calories and do excessive cardio, to no avail. It was the ONLY thing I knew about fitness. Well boy have my views changed!
I now follow a Paleo lifestyle with strength training and yoga thrown in. There will be a few weeks of Keto thrown in and I am incorporating IF (intermittent fasting) into my routine as well. The health benefits of IF are astounding.

Deconstructed cheeseburger salad for lunch. Hamburger grilled, topped with Gouda. On a bed of romaine with chopped Roma tomato, pickle, and bacon. A little bit of mustard and sugar free ketchup tops it off!
